I had a tight deadline I was working with and she was professional, confident, and absolutely dedicated to making sure that my house sold for what I wanted (ended up selling above what I thought I would get!). Right off the bat she helped me see what I could do to improve the value of my home, helped me work out a game plan, and she worked with a professional photographer that helped put my house in steller light on the market! My previous house that I had bought, I worked with a different agent, and the second I got my offer accepted they stepped away and allowed assistants to help me the rest of the way, but Amy was there ever step through closing, and (even after the house closed and we couldn’t get my darn cat from the old house!)
